The flagship, and the one to book if you only book one. Twelve-plus variants poured in a deliberate order so the differences sharpen rather than blur — Mexican cane sugar against American corn syrup, Japanese seasonals, and bottles that never leave their home market.
A certified specialist runs it and covers why formulation moves country to country: water treatment, sweetener rules, local palate. By the fourth pour the room is usually arguing, which is the session working as intended.
The tasting journal and the gift package go home with you, and archive bottling and advertising material is out on the table to handle.
Before you arrive
Arrive ten minutes early to be seated — the sequence matters and late arrivals miss the opening pours. Skip coffee, mint and strong flavours beforehand. Rare bottles rotate with what the archive has in stock, so no two sessions pour an identical twelve.
Things to consider
High sugar and caffeine across the flight; tell us at booking about diabetes or caffeine sensitivity and we will adjust the pour sizes. Suitable for ages 10 and up. Step-free access throughout, and the tasting bench takes a wheelchair — mention it when you book so we set the room out.

Frequently asked
Are the twelve bottles always the same?
No. The core sequence holds, but the rare end of the flight rotates with whatever the archive has in stock. Two sessions a month apart will not pour an identical twelve.
I am diabetic — can I still do this?
Yes, and plenty do. Tell us at booking and we will cut the pour sizes down so you can taste the full sequence without the sugar load of twelve full measures.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, step-free throughout, and the tasting bench takes a wheelchair. Mention it at booking so the room is laid out with the space in the right place.
How much caffeine is in the full flight?
Roughly the equivalent of three cups of coffee across ninety minutes. If that is a concern we will swap in caffeine-free variants where they exist for that market.
What is in the gift package?
A branded glass, the tasting journal you filled in, a certificate, and two bottles from the flight — usually the two people ask about most.
