A thirty-minute private hire. The room goes at a flat buyout rather than per head, so two people and a full room cost the same — which is why this is the one booked for birthdays, client visits, and any excuse to shut a door.
The showcase itself is a short run through the flagship products, with the presenter working to your group instead of a script. Say what the occasion is at booking and it gets built around that.
Five to a booking as standard, and nobody in the room you did not bring.
Before you arrive
Tell us the occasion when you book. We can hold the room for fifteen minutes past your start if your group is running late, but the showcase still ends on time.

Frequently asked
Does the price change with group size?
No. That is the whole point of the buyout — the rate is for the room, not per person.
Can we bring food or a cake?
A cake is fine if you tell us beforehand. Catering we do not provide and do not arrange, but you are welcome to have something delivered to reception.
What if we are running late?
We will hold the room fifteen minutes past your start. The showcase still finishes at the scheduled time, so a late start is a shorter session.
